Gormiti: the new era
“Gormiti: The New Era” marks the return of the famous namesake franchise, loved by many generations of kids. The new series, produced by Rainbow together with Giochi Preziosi, was broadcast on Rai2 starting October 28th 2024, renovating the epic universe of the Gormiti with a modern and captivating approach.
It tells the adventures of four young human heroes who, supported by the legendaries Gormiti, happen to be the ultimate chance of salvation for the island of Gorm and the Earth, both threatened by a dark and ruthless force. The series is a perfect mix of action, thrill and universal values such as bravery and friendship, which makes for an experience that can appeal both to long-standing fans and new generations.
A key element of the project is the technical contribution given by Rainbow CGI VFX for Live Action Department, which created some mesmerizing Visual Effects: bringing to the screen spectacular battles, super-cool CG characters and the amazing and magical world of Gorm.
