Gladiators of Rome is an animated feature film produced by Rainbow, directed by Iginio Straffi and written by Michael J. Wilson (creator of Shark’s Tale and of the Ice Age franchise). This 95’ film premiered at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival and was released in Italian cinemas in 2012.

Belén Rodrìguez, Laura Chiatti and Luca Argentero are the main voices in the Italian version. The soundtrack features classics like “The Final Countdown”, “The Best”, “Everyday” and “Tears and Rain”.

Rainbow CGI was responsible for all phases of production: from pre-production
to post-production.
